Forest bathing is the art of connecting humans with nature, to make health better The origin of forest bathing comes from the word Shinrin-Yaku. or Japanese therapeutic forest bath which is life balance body and mind therapy
 
Forest bathing is to bring yourself touching with nature. It connects the five senses together, namely sight, smell, hearing, touch, possibly from walking barefoot and taste, which may be from edible leaves and flowers.
