        General baked goods consist mainly of flour, protein, and fat. A solution is using polymer or plastic-coated wrapping paper to prevent fat seepage. The coating must be food-grade such as PP, PE, or PET in this case.

 

        Cake The cake board should be smooth and glossy; if it is paper, it should be coated because the cake's fat and weight will help with traction.
