Childhood
Ages up to 12 years, the physical development is very rapid, because it is in the growth stage. However, the body still has many limitations. Teen

they are ready to build muscle strength. They can play all kinds of sports, such as football, badminton, swimming, basketball, etc., or they can choose to go to the fitness center and strengthen their muscles as well.
 
 
Middle Age
 

Working age is the age when the body is strong and fully developed. However, at this age the body will feel tired, muscles and bones begin deteriorate by age and began to accumulate fat. Therefore,  exercises must not be too heavy, such as cycling, jogging, stretching exercises such as yoga, pilates, or light body weight exercises.

Mature Age 

At this age, physical fitness in various aspects will decrease a lot. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain balance in the body as well. Avoid exercise that involves collision or impact. The body should be used in simple movements, such as walking, Tai Chi, dancing, or simple muscle exercises.
